Why Coaching?

Coaching has been an important part of my personal journey, and it’s given me the introspective awareness that all leaders need to succeed. Coaching has helped me navigate some of the most challenging points of my career, built my confidence and enabled me to better support the teams I lead. Why would I not share this?

Why Design Leaders?

Design is increasingly recognised as fundamental to commercial success, and with this newfound appreciation comes complex leadership challenges. This requires creative leaders to be highly functional within more commercially aggressive environments.

Through powerful questions and my experience in Design leadership roles, I use coaching to support leaders in processing these challenges objectively, help them explore options and build a plan to achieve their goals.

How much does it cost?

£80-£100/hour, depending on the sessions needed. Each engagement is flexible and tailored to individual needs.
